GOAL: 100% of the students at AFHS, beginning with the Class of 2015, will be accepted to a post-secondary institution/program including a 2 or 4 year college/university, technical college, branch of the military, job apprenticeship, or work placement program.
AFHS students are required to complete one of the following post-secondary checklists in order to participate in the commencement ceremony.
